Shipping Rates are based on your location which will be calculated when checking out.

*during pressure times the delivery process can take up to 14 days.

 

Pupil Jewelry is not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses given by the customer. Please be sure to give complete and correct mailing addresses upon checkout. Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee cancellation requests or changes to your order as packages are often sent out the same day.

We have a 10-day refund policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund if there is any problem.

We do not accept returns or exchanges since our products are custom, but if there is any problem with your order it can be fully refunded. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a refund, you can contact us at the chat. Pictures of the product and a proper reason is required

If your refund is accepted, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.  If you paid by cash we will send you an email to provide us with a bank account for your refund.
